Obituary of Edna M. Romeo

Edna May Romeo, 86, passed away April 28, 2017.  On March 16, 1931, she was safely born at home in the Bronx  to John and Winifred Manzi.  Beloved wife of Michael Romeo. 

Loving mother to Louise Trovato with her husband Joseph, Rosemary McNamara, John with his wife Andrea, Edna Perito with her husband Jack, and Michael A. with his wife Melissa.  She was called by many names, but will forever be a cherished grandma of Joseph, Christine, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Katlyn, Katherine, Savannah, and Michael and adoring great-grandma to Brendan, Michael, Matthew, Alyssa, Andrew, Emma, and the youngest Arrabella.  

Edna's father, John, was very proud of his four daughters.  She will be greatly missed by Winifred J. DeLucia and Louise Klepper with her husband Artie.  Edna will be welcomed in Heaven by her late sister Margaret Donovan and Winifred's late husband Anthony DeLucia.

Reposing Sunday 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM and Monday 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home. Funeral Mass Tuesday 10:15 AM St. Mark R.C. Church, Brooklyn. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale.
