Obituary of Carmela Izzo

Carmela Izzo died peacefully on September 14, 2017 in Flordia.  She was 81.  The daughter of the late Anthony & Frances Pilato she was born August 22, 1936 in Brooklyn NY. 

Those that knew Carmela best knew her family was her life.  She lived her life dedicated to her husband and her sons.  Through her motherly love and care she ensured the success of her sons in life, dying knowing that her job was well done.

Devoted widow of the late  Edward of whom she had for 61 years.  Loving mother of Dr. Edward Jr.  his wife Barbara, Dr. Steven his wife Carmen and Glenn along with his wife Jody.  Dear sister of Anne Ciarlo.  Cherished grandmother of 12 & great grandmother of 5. 

Reposing Thursday 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass Friday 10:00 AM Good Shepherd R.C. Church.  Entombent to Follow at St. Charles Cemetery.
