I worked closely with Joe between 2000 and 2008. He was always the consummate professional, and a key leader in his department. He led with an easy mixture of long experience, good humor, and a focused work ethic. He was a great co-worker, a loyal friend, and very good man. I am grateful for the time I knew and worked with him.
