Carmela Claro, age 94, of Brooklyn passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2018. Mrs. Claro was born January 27, 1924 in Manhattan, NY. She is the daughter of the late Gaetano and the late Rosie Piro. Beloved wife of the late Edward A. Claro. Loving mother of Rosanne Rodriguez and James G. Claro. Cherished grandmother of Lauren Schauer and Alexis Rodriguez. Dear great grandmother of Emma Grace and Adelyn Rose.
Reposing Tuesday, June 5 from 8:00 - 10:00 AM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.
A Catholic Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home at 10:00 AM.
The funeral cortege will form following prayer service and process to the final resting place at Calvary Cemetery in Woodside, Queens.
