Obituary of Mary T. McCaffrey

Mary T McCaffrey, age 84, entered into eternal rest  at home on Tuesday, June 26, 2018.  She is the daughter of the late Michael and Marion Walsh. Mary was the beloved wife of the late George McCaffrey. She is now at rest with her beloved brothers, sisters, and sister in law; Thomas Walsh, Edward Walsh, Winnie Hennelly, Patricia Walsh, John Walsh, Matthew Walsh, Luke Walsh, and Rita Walsh. Mary leaves behind her youngest brother Daniel Walsh along with his wife Josephine.  Mary also leaves behind her brother in-law Charles Hennelly and sister in-laws Barbara Walsh and Grace Walsh.

Mary and George were blessed with 6 children; Billy, (William), Mary, Michael, Kelly, Laura and Dee Dee (Doreen).  Her  beloved son Michael (Moe) McCaffrey past away suddenly August 7, 2017.  Her family  finds solace that Mary has been reunited with him. Mary adored her daughter in-law Karen McCaffrey,  and three son-laws Joel Konig, Joseph Cannon, and John McDonald.  Loving grandmother to Christine Kehoe, Lauren Cerullo, Megan Pajovic, Luke Konig, Shannon Konig, William McCaffrey, Joseph Cannon, Kyle McDonald, Matthew Konig, Rielly Cannon, Emma McDonald and Katie Cannon.  Over the past 4 years, Mary was blessed with four great-grandchildren; Logan, Maddie, Brianna and Dominic.  Mary was looking forward to the birth of her 5th great grandchild, Liam, in the fall.

She was also the proud Aunt and Great Aunt to many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.

Reposing Thursday 7 to 9:00 PM and Friday 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:00 PM.  Funeral Mass Saturday 9:30 AM St. Thomas Aquinas R.C. Church.  Interment St. Charles Cemetery.
