Obituary of Frances Gori
The Gori family announce with great sadness the loss of Frances Gori, age 79, of Breezy Point on Saturday, July 7, 2018. Mrs. Gori was born October 2, 1938 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late John and the late Ellen (Keane) Gilhooly. Frances loved life and celebrating with friends and family in Breezy Point since 1971. Loving mother of Kevin M. Gori (Dorothy Shine) and Kim M. Gori-Rizzo (Thomas). Cherished "Mema" of RileyAnne Delia Rizzo. Beloved sister of Margaret Reynolds (George), Helen DeGennaro (Joey), Michael Gilhooly (Fran), John Thomas Gilhooly (Franny) and Patricia Farrell (Peter). Dear best friend of Corinne Hayes.
Reposing Thursday, July 12 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.
Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 AM on Friday, July 13 at St. Thomas More R.C. Church, 204-25 Rockaway Point Blvd., Rockaway Point, NY with Fr. Joseph Flynn officiating. Burial to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
