The Starr family announce with great sadness the loss of

Joel Starr

February 22, 1946   -  September 6, 2018

Devoted husband of Diane (Bluth) Starr. Loving father of Jonathan E. Starr and his wife, Shanen M. Starr and Matthew H. Starr and his wife, Alixandra S. Starr. Beloved brother of Robert L. Starr and Larry B. Starr. Cherished grandfather of Emma Starr.

Family and friends are welcomed to join from 9:15 – 10:30 AM on Sunday, September 9 at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY with Rabbi Gloria Milner officiating. 

Burial to follow at Knollwood Park Cemetery, Ridgewood, Queens, NY at the family plot.

Beginning on Tuesday September 11, 2018 after sundown, Shiva will be observed and be continued on Wednesday September 12, 2018, Thursday September 13, 2018  and Saturday September 15, 2018  from 3:00 – 9:00 PM at the Starr Family Residence, 1232 E 28th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11210.
