Obituary of Jack Ptasiewicz

Jack Ptasiewicz, age 89, of Brooklyn died Saturday, January 5, 2019 at The Chateau Rehab And Nursing of Brooklyn , Jack Ptasiewicz was born March 2, 1929 in Poland. He is the son of the late Motel and the late Sara G. (Pekarevech) Ptasiewicz. Jack served in the Marine Corps from 1950 to 1952.  Jack worked in Customer Service for Sam Flax Art Supplies in Manhattan.

Jack is survived by his loving children Rhonda Bentley, Seth (Laurie) Ptasiewicz and Larry Ptasiewicz; his granddaughters Meredith and Jennifer; and great grandchildren Leah, Eva, Madeline, Zoe and Sky.  

The funeral will be held 11:30 am on Tuesday, January 8 at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.  Burial will be in Wellwood Cemetery in West Babylon, NY
