Obituary of Geraldine Hunt

Geraldine Hunt, age 80, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 11, 2019. Mrs. Hunt was born December 4, 1938 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Jeremiah and the late Mary (O'Donnell) O'Sullivan. Lifelong resident of Marine Park, Brooklyn. Devoted Registered Nurse at Lutheran Medical Center. Always helpful and involved with the community. Beloved mother of Elizabeth Valles (Richard), Elaine Reilly (Patrick), Joanne Brandes (Butch) and Joseph Hunt. Loving grandmother of Jenna, Lauren, Tara, Kristen, Sean, Jack and Jennifer. Dear sister of the late Marilyn Lynn, the late Theresa O'Keefe and the late Jack O'Sullivan.

Reposing Sunday, July 14 from 2-5 and 7-9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:30 AM on Monday, July 15 at Resurrection R.C. Church, 2331 Gerritsen Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.

Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
