My deepest condolences to the entire family but especially, Mary Kate. I met Mrs. Graham through Mary Kate at St Frances deChantal. She was a devoted mom, astute when it came to MK’s education and she was so trusting of all of us who taught MK knowing that we loved her and had her best interests at heart. MK blossomed and went on to achieve great things with the support of her mom and her siblings. While I was interviewing for a job with the DOE, Mrs. Graham saw me sitting in the hallway and asked what I was doing there. I told her and she walked away. I found out later that she not only vouched for me but sang my praises that day. Some 20+ years later, I’m still in that school and still hear from MK on occasion. Sad it had to be under these circumstances. Mrs. Graham was a grand lady who called it as she saw it. She will be missed. Rest easy.
