Domenick is survived by his beloved wife Stephanie Joan Puleo (nee Leo).
He is the loving father of Stephen Gaetano Puleo and Christa Stephanie Eleoterio.
Domenick is the cherished grandfather of John Paul Eleoterio, Andrew Charles Eleoterio, Emma Grace Puleo, and Joseph Domenick Puleo.
