i knew Mikey from his days as a delivery man for Korner pizzeria,and rode with him on many occasions,I am truly sorry for his passing.Mike was a very kind,and giving person.and his death will be felt by all who knew him.And knew his nick name of Fritz.I pray that Mike is in heaven with my mother who died in 2020 from covid-19.May God almighty bless Mike and his great family.

It is with a heavy heart that I share this. Mikey and his beautiful wife Nancy welcomed me and my family when we became new members at the Hudson River Yacht Club. They are a very kind and a loving couple who welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like family. Lots of great memories. My children always took to Nancy and Mikey, even up to this day they still talk about them. They were just talking last week about him and I was working in a trailer the other day thinking about him when I saw one of my exterminating fly tools disguised as an apple. But, we had no idea he had passed away until I sent him an Easter message today and sadly heard the terrible news from Nancy.
You are both very special people and so sorry for your great loss.
We Love You Mikey and Nancy!!
May our faith in Jesus path the way.
Love you Mikey!!! You will be missed!!
We will keep praying for each other.

I met Michael while I was going through a very rough patch in my life - a friend suggested we play a game of pool at Denny's - the way Michael had with people I think he saw something as soon as I walked in the bar - He listened and never ignored me - he would serve people drinks and come right back Michael was the kindest gentleman I ever had the pleasure of meeting - the world would be a better place with more people like Michael -my love to his wife Nancy and his family - will be truly missed.

Mikey apples will be missed dearly. I had the fortune to meet Mike through ham radio. We became partners in repeaters. Mike was always helpful and his smile will be missed. 73’s Mike, rest in peace and we’ll catch you on the other side with the rest of the hams we’ve lost in the last few years.

I knew Mike from the IHM days. We hung out together often. One memory I have is helping him clean out his dad's pigeon coup. This is from an IHM reunion back in 1996. RIP!
