Marie was first of all a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her smile was always a welcome sight and her kindness and faith were an example to all. She will be missed by everyone whose life she touched.

Marie was much more than my sister-in-law...She is my sister in my heart. We shared both the good times and bad and always loved our time together. Like a big sister, she was always there for me. I will miss her but I will always carry her in my heart. I always admired her strength and her kindness to all.

To the Savarese Family,
My heart is broken to have lost such a wonderful friend. I can never thank Marie enough for helping me when I broke my ankle. She took me to doctor's appointments and physical therapy. Marie truly was an "angel" in every sense of the word. She had great faith and compassion. We also shared many laughs together. I was thankful to Marie for the times she watched my grandson while his parents went to work.
Additionally, Marie volunteered her time to help at my organization's special events. The mission of the Guild for Exceptional Children was very dear to her heart.
God bless you Marie for the blessing you have been in my life and so many others. You will be greatly missed!
