My sincere condolences to Eric Kopf and family and to Carolyn's husband Robert and son Matthew. I have no words to express how shocked and saddened I am to hear of Ca's passing. These photos are of Ca, myself, Bonny Mercer Fern and our close friends. I grew up with Ca and we have been friends since childhood through high school. My condolences to the Phalen and Kopf family. I grew up with Carolyn in Brooklyn,. first as my baby sitter, then as one of my two best friends. She helped me become the woman I am, and was blessed to have known her. I know she will be deeply missed.
