Obituary of Lalin Rose Jean Baptiste

Lalin Rose Jean Baptiste, the firecracker, died on Friday, September 3, 2021. She was born on July 4, 2017 to parents Victoria Sloan and Alexander Jean Baptiste. She is a very loving child. Lalin enjoyed being in nature and with animals, especially the family dog, Baloo. Lalin was very active at her age and into it all, Gymnastics, yoga, riding her bicycle and scooter.

Lalin loved acting out all her favorite Disney movies and singing ALL of the songs. Her favorite colors are purple, turquoise and pink, she’s a true princess.

Every morning she would wake up with new, fun ideas. At just 3 years old it was as though she had her whole day planned out for herself. “I have an idea!” She would say, and after telling her thought, she’d finish with “isn’t that a great idea?!” Indeed, her ideas were always brilliant.

Rest peacefully our sweet girl. May you fill heaven with love, music, fun and lots of great ideas.

Visitation for Lalin Rose will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 2:00 - 7:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc.
