I love you Danny and miss you each minute of every day. I miss your hand in mine everywhere I would go. Thank you for always being my support, my crutch, so much fun, and my best friend! Thinking of your smile still lights up my day. I feel your presence and know we will always be together. I wish you eternal rest and peace in great health with no sickness, fears or worries. I pray you are having fun with all our loved ones who have passed. Watch for a Flo sighting! I am still going to ask you for a favor, some things never change. Please give everyone my love, hugs, and a kiss. Miss you all! Danny until your hand is back in mine I am not whole.
Forever your cheerleader, and head of the Daniel fan club because Everyone Loves Daniel!!! I love you!!!
XOXO Barbara

Daniel I miss you every day. How can I share just one memory when you are my entire life. You are my sunshine. In my mind I see your beautiful smile with your pretty green with blue and gold spec eyes . I miss your hand always in mine. Thank you for being a wonderful brother and my best friend.
When we went line dancing everyone fell in love with you. YOU had the courage and fun heart to get out on the dance floor, make friends, learn line dances, and even improve upon them- teaching an entire floor of dancers your alternate dance moves. With your fun energy and patience everyone fell in love with you and your electric personality. I especially like the way you changed the dance to the song "Who is Alice?" I fondly recall everyone in the entire room smiling as they did your "high kick" among other moves. I have to also mention your "Red Hot Salsa" belt buckle move. You remembered the dances and executed them much better than me. With my repeatedly going in the wrong direction I could have been an embarrassment to you, but you simply told me to have fun and keep practicing, that I would get it. After I kept bumping into you and nearly knocked down some other adults, it was very funny that you told me to practice on the side of the dance floor and leave you dancing with the great members of the City Line Dancers.
Your charismatic personality made it easy for you to make friends wherever you went. And you always had a special knack of making people happier and more thoughtful after sharing an encounter with you.
My heart is so heavy now Danny. I am sad for me and my family not able to create new memories with you. I am positive you are in heaven having a fabulous time. God created a special angel when he made you and we were blessed on June 10th 1969 when you came into our family. I am so utterly grateful for the 52 years we had together. You made every holiday, occasion, and any day more meaningful, memorable, enjoyable, and fun.
I will miss our weekly cornhole competitions with family and friends. I love how you teased in a loving way trying to distract while making us all laugh. What a joy you always have been~ Mommy was right when she nicknamed you "JOY BOY".
Now I picture you in heaven happy with our parents, T-Josie, and everyone who left this world too early that you missed throughout the years. You never forgot about anyone and you always would remind me of their birthdays, anniversaries, and the memories that you held dear. Enjoy bowling with our parents, cooking with grandpa and Uncle Tony, and playing Uno with Aunt Mel, Uncle Joe and Aunt Josie. I wonder if you will continue learning and speaking Yiddish and Italian. Not many people knew that you had a flair for learning languages.
My very smart sweet brother. I miss and love you with all my heart. Until we are together, "tears".

I did not have the pleasure of knowing Daniel Sweeney, but I do know Billy LoSavio Who is very saddened by his passing. My condolences to the entire family and especially Billy since I saw the love in his tears when he spoke of him last week prior to his passing. May he rest in peace and have eternal life!

I am so saddened to hear of this. I will always remember the times we played as kids and the sincere conversations we had as adults. Daniel's smile would light up the room. You will be dearly missed by all of us. Your buddy, your pal, cousin Christopher.

I didn't have the joy and honor of knowing Daniel in person but have heard about him for years from his loving sister Aileen. I know I would have loved him. My heart hurts for the whole family for their loss. Please be gentle on yourselves, take care, and take comfort that he is with Jesus and your parents now

Danny was a great guy. He was one of the things that made growing up on marine parkway special. Some good memories I have is when We played basketball together in my backyard or when Danny would just come over when he heard us bbqing and just sit down with everyone like he was part of the family. He will be missed a lot
