Mary - my sister ‘by choice, not by blood’. It was so hard to see you go through everything you did during this past year and especially in your final weeks. I’m relieved for you that your pain and suffering is ended now, but my heart is broken. I would give anything to pick you to head to erskine to hit the tri-fet-a (BJs, Bed Bath & Beyond and Target). Oh yeah and let’s not forget hitting Home Depot for some paint to redo a room. I promised to not yell at you for making dips with the roller.
Until we meet again
I love you forever
Maryann

I will forever cherish our Thursday nights together. From hearing your work stories to watching Chicago Med and Bake Off, you made even the average weeknight fun. You always amazed me with your variety in music as you cleaned the kitchen, and your ability to speed read while drinking tea and tapping on the kitchen table. I will continue the tradition of kicking people out of Grandma’s kitchen so it can be cleaned to your standards. Your absence will forever be felt when our family is together. You will always be in my heart and mind, especially when we say Grace (no one can say it faster than you!) or when someone buys a vowel in Wheel of Fortune. Thank you so much for making my life brighter. I will continue to eat Peeps and Drake’s desserts in your honor. I love you!

Mary, you are leaving a legacy that no one will ever forget. We had some great times with our kids in 207 and St Saviours. As a coworker at Methodist and a patient too you knew that IV was going in on the first try! But by far your biggest accomplishment will always be those beautiful children and grandchildren. You were already an angel on earth so now take your well deserved place with the angels above. Love & Prayers to your family❤️

My beautiful cousin Mary. You were my babysitter and a friend and the best cousin anyone could ask for. You were always direct and straightforward. A wonderful Mother, sister and friend. One of a kind who was called too early. I love you and will miss you dearly. You are now with Grandma, Grandpa, your Dad and Aunt Gerry, look over your children, grand children and family. God bless you, you are now in peace. Til we meet again Cuz.

Mary, your generosity and selflessness blew me away. Moving in with your mom and brother Pat, becoming a strong and stabilizing presence when they needed you the most, was a beautiful gift you gave with much love. One of the few memories I have is when we watched La La Land together at your mom’s, a movie that showed selfless love at the end. I wish I could have known you better.

Mary - the woman who taught me how to be a mom. One of the few people Joey wouldn’t cry for. Calling you with Uncle stories and hearing you laugh through the back door and not the phone. Talking every day over the fence or on the stoop. Running after the kids on Fillmore Avenue. 9/11 - you and me crying the next day as Frank finally came home and gave Tom a hug. Sharing Maryann with me. Your kids becoming my kids. Being the best neighbor for 17 years. I hope you know what you mean to me. I love you and will miss you♥️

My sweet Mary. The kindest person I know. Kept me together for the past 23 years! Kicked my ass at times and held me up most others! I’m forever lost without you. May you find peace in heaven. Look for my Mom, the two of you will have a ball! My love to Aileen, Timmy, Caitlyn, Maggie and all Her grand babies!
