Obituary of Brian Young

We are sad to announce the passing of Brian Young, age 52. He was born, raised, and resided in Brooklyn NY, and passed peacefully in his sleep on March 27, 2022.  He was predeceased by his loving mother, Nancy Young, and his sister Barbara Young. 

He is survived by his father, Michael Young of Garwood, New Jersey.  Siblings Susan Young of Justin, Texas; Michael Young and Kim Ierardi Young of Goshen, New York; and Eileen Young of Brooklyn, New York. Nieces and nephews Krystal Luckett (Michael), Alexandria Smith, Jessica Figard, Nicole Figard, Michael Young, and James Young. Great nieces and nephews- Joey Spikings, Alex Spikings, Jazmine Luckett, Michael Anthony Luckett, Marley Luckett, and Inez Koontz.

He leaves behind a large extended family, and a group of childhood friends who will all miss him dearly.

Forever In Our Hearts

A mass will be held to honor his memory on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 9:30 AM at Saint Thomas More Church in Breezy Point, followed by his cremains being interred with his mother and grandmother, and grandfather at St. Charles / Resurrection Cemeteries in Farmingdale, NY at noon.
