Obituary of Edward J. Bomba

Edward J. Bomba, age 102, of Brooklyn, NY passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022. Edward was born February 4, 1920 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late Stanilaus and the late Anna (nee Picur) Bomba. 

Edward is predeceased by his beloved wife Vincenza Bomba. 

He is survived by his devoted daughters Lorraine Stanech (Hank,) Linda Giarrizzo (Sal) and Janet Tiralosi (Joe.)

Edward will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Lauren (Pat,) Jeanna (George,) Joey (Danielle) and Christina (Sied.)

Cherished great grandchildren of Patty, Danny, Olivia, Ava and Emme.

Forever in Our Hearts

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May Edward’s soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, Rest in Peace. Amen.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 9:00 AM at St. Edmund R.C. Church, 2460 Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. 

Burial to immediately follow in Long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale.
