Sometimes God puts extraordinary people on this Earth and takes them from us way too soon. Patty was one of those people. Patty was among the most caring and generous people I have ever known, and he brought joy to everyone with whom he came into contact. Be on your guard angels, he will have you rooting for the Mets in no time. Rest in peace brother. I look forward to seeing you again.

We are going to miss you so much Patty. Seeing you and hanging out on your stoop was something we always looked forward for. . When we picked up Jade from the bus stop, the kids always got so excited to go see their buddy Patty. We all loved you and Pearson Street will never be the same without you. Rest peacefully, we will always remember you.

I’m outside early and I would see Patty out there sometimes. We would always talk. He would play with Mia - one of the few people my dog likes. I will miss his smiling face in the mornings and throughout the day on his porch. I will miss our conversations. Rest In Peace Patty. Toni Gerardi-Wofse
