Brian was our first cousin and my sisters and I have many memories of growing up with him. He was always happy go lucky and always made you laugh. His parents use to watch my children and they were fond of Brian. It is so heartbreaking that God took him so soon. We will hold our memories in our heart forever. He would always call me AM and never Ann Marie. May he Rest in Peace. Love to our cousins, his brothers Joey and wife Susan, Kevin and Gary and wife Kelly

Dear Miluszusky and VanMyers Families ,
I would like to extend my Sincere Sympathy and Prayers to you,
When I received the news from Dori I was overwhelmed with sadness , I am lucky enough to have meet Brian on a few occasions at various family events. I would like you all to know (Especially Doris) each time we meet our conversations were entertaining and friendly. He was a kind person and most of all congenial an real.
I can not tell you how much he meant to Sophia and Dori , the times Sophia would spend the weekend with Uncle Brian and Aunt Doris will remain with her forever , the photos she would share with me of Uncle Brian smiling and acting silly with his Bestie Boo.
We don't know why God makes the choices that he does and not sure we will ever truly know why ? Perhaps when we all meet in heaven it will be answered.
Brian walked this earth and left behind so much before being summoned to heaven , just think of the people he helped the kindness he shared and of course the Love he gave to his family and Friends . It is these things that we have in all of us to carry on an keep him with us .
Thank You Brian for the Love and Kind Things You have Done for my Daughter Sophia and the VanMyers Family .Until we meet in heaven I will hold this heartfelt handshake.
God Bless and Prayers and Love to You
Bill Tolentno

There won’t be a time that goes by where you are not with us. Since I was a child you were an amazing uncle and when it came to being an uncle to my child, you were a rockstar. Moving forward without Sophia’s “bestie boo” is not an easy task. I can only sit here and pray that God had some master plan when taking you from our family so soon and suddenly.
I’m grateful for the time we did have you in our lives and even more grateful for the love that you have given our family. Watch down on us always. In our hearts and memories we will hold you forever…

Uncle Brain was one of the best and most level headed people to have a wonderful conversation with. I was truly blessed to have you as my uncles and got to spend as much time as I did with you. You would always seat next to me at thanksgiving and we would never eat the turkey and thank you for teaching me to eat the crust first on pizza since it was our least favorite part. I eat all my food that way the least favorite part first to save the best bite for last! Thank you for all the wonderful memories love your beaner

Brian was my friend and colleague at NYP. He always had an inquisitive nature and wanted to learn everything he could about the patient experience. His empathy and dedication to the people he worked with and cared for was undeniable. My mother and I were recipients of Brian’s compassion when she had a bad fall and we ended up in the Cornell ED. Brian went above and beyond to make sure we knew we were well cared for. He will be so missed.

I worked with Brian at Bellevue Hospital. He was a truly intelligent, skilled nurse. Easy to work with and handled stress in the E.D. Calmly and most professionally. Along with that skill, he had a really good sense of humor. I’m sorry that he passed at such a young (yes young ) age . I’m truly sad that I didn’t get to work with him for a much longer period of time. My heart goes out to all who knew him, loved him and will miss him.
