Obituary of Phyllis E. Guido

Phyllis E. Guido, age 88, of Brooklyn, NY, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023. Phyllis was born June 17, 1934 in Edenborn, PA. She is the daughter of the late Charles and the late Nell (nee Hall) Pockstaller.

Phyllis is predeceased by her beloved husband Frank Guido. 

She is survived by her devoted daughter Susan Balloqui (Richard.)

Cherished grandmother of Stephanie and Samantha.

Great grandmother of Ava.

Loved sister of Eileen Smith. 

Forever In Our Hearts

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May Phyllis’ soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Calling hours will be Sunday, March 19 from 2:00 – 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:30 AM on Monday, March 20 at St. Bernard R.C. Church, 2055 East 69th Street, Brooklyn, NY.

Entombment to immediately follow in St. John's Cemetery, Middle Village.
