Obituary of Eileen F. Noble
Eileen Frances Noble (nee Lenihan), age 92, of Belle Harbor, NY formerly of Brooklyn NY, died April 7 , 2023. Eileen was born September 15, 1930, in Brooklyn, NY to Bart and Nora Lenihan. The wife of the late Robert Dexter Noble. Loving mother of Kevin (Linda), The Late Patricia Torrey, John (Serena) , Kathleen Stokes (Kevin), Barbara Last (Thomas), Robert (Sheila) , Karen Fabiszewski (Edward). Dear mother-in-law to Bruce and Kathleen Torrey. Grandma to Mark, Becci, Kate, David, Emma, Kevin, Lauren, Mathew, Briana, Kathryn, Tara, Brian, Kyle, James, Nelebel, John Sage, and Catalina. Great grandma to Nora, June and Louisa.
Survived by her sister Evelyn Dastis. Predeceased by her sisters, Margaret McKenna, Sister Marion Lenihan, and her brother Daniel Lenihan.
Eileen attended and graduated from Holy Innocents Elementary School in 1944, and Bishop McDonald High School in 1948. She worked in A&S Department Store for 25 years. Was a member of the Ladies Guild in St. Columba. Volunteered teaching Religious Education at St. Columba and St. Francis De Sales.
Wake service will be on Thursday April 13, 2023 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM and continue on Friday April 14, 2023 from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home. 3024 Quentin Road Brooklyn, NY 11234, 718-339-8900.
Funeral mass will be on Saturday April 15, 2023 at St. Columba Roman Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. 2245 Kimball Street Brooklyn, NY 11234.
Committal service will immediately follow to St. Ann’s Cemetery. 157 Middle Road Sayville, NY 11782.
