I’m so saddened of the passing of Dawn. We grew up just a few doors down the street in Brooklyn, New York. She was the cutest little girl. Even though she was several years younger than me she would come over to play sometimes with my younger sister and I would join in! Those days were very different and kids would just randomly pop over each other’s houses, I’d always see Dawn playing with the younger kids on our street. Those were fun times. I am so saddened in hearing this tragic news. Dawn was the light behind the phone of Gentleman Sheetmetal. That is how we became to know each other & became phone friends and confidants. She was such a loving & caring person. She will be missed dearly.

My Dawny,
You have been the best friend that i never had in my whole life. I have learned so much from your love and respect you always gave me. I wish I could see you again and tell you that you were an amazing strong funny woman. Who will I watch scary movies with? Who will I eat ice cream at 1am with? Who do i call any time of the day? It was always you my dawny booboo you have made a huge impact on my life. I will never forget you advice. I will always talk about you and keep you alive. I hope that you knew how much i love and cared about you. When she was born she had a beautiful hair, and I was the person who put her first bow in it, it was pink.
