I am the daughter of your father’s deceased Uncle Pete (DeCostole). I didn’t know about your father’s death and just found out about your mom. I am so sorry for both of her sons. Eleanor and Carl hosted a great family reunion back about 10 years ago. That was the last time I saw them but spoke to Eleanor when I invited them to my son’s wedding and she called to decline. We talked for a long time and she told me of the many problems she had. I hope she is resting in peace now. Free of all her problems. God less the DeFilippo family.

We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. Our condolences to the DeFilippo family for your loss. Our memories of Eleanor will always be about her kindness and generosity. Your mother always had a smile and good sense of humor. I enjoyed bowling with her and being involved as den mother's to our sons scouting troop.
It was a privilege to have known Eleanor. Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
