Obituary of Gertrude Marie Gillon

Gertrude Marie Gillon, 93, of St. Petersburg, FL passed away Sunday, June 18, 2023. Mrs. Gillon was born November 24, 1929, in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Henry and the late Gertrude (nee Smith) Schulz.

Predeceased by her husband Cornelius J. Gillon.

She is survived by her children Cornelius Gillon, CarolAnne Gillon, Mary Ellen Franke and James Gillon.

Cherished granny and great granny.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May Mrs. Gillon's soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 25 from 2:00 – 5:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at 9:30 AM on Monday, June 26, 2023 at St. Thomas More R.C. Church, 204-25 Rockaway Point Blvd., Rockaway Point, NY.

Burial to immediately follow in St Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
