Obituary of Wayne F. Northrup

Wayne F. Northrup, 76, of Brooklyn, NY, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. Wayne was born in Brooklyn, NY on August 19, 1946. He is the son of the late Ronald and Maude (nee Walton) Northrup.

He is survived by his devoted wife Sandra Lee. 

Loved father of Angela (Steven) and Carrie (Andrew.)

Wayne is also survived by his former wife, Christine “Penny” (Harry Wallen.)

He is the cherished grandfather of Jacob, Rachel, Matthew, Greenlee, Everett and a baby boy due at any moment.

Brother of Ardith, Diane and Dwight (Jean,) the late Ronald (Jackie,) the late Guyfordand, and the late Diane.

Wayne has many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and several great, great nieces and nephews who were very loved by him.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 20 from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

Family will gather at the funeral home the following day, Monday, August 21, 2023 at 9:00 AM.

Procession will depart the funeral home at 10:00 AM for an 11:00 AM burial at The Evergreen Cemetery, 1630 Bushwick Ave, Brooklyn, NY.
