Stephen Michael Downs, 58, of Breezy Point, NY passed away Thursday, August 17, 2023. Stephen was born January 25, 1965, in Brooklyn, NY.

Visitation will be Monday, August 21, 2023 from 3:00 – 7:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.
