Obituary of Mary H. Caruso

Mary H. Caruso, age 86, entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 11, 2023. Mary was born June 3, 1937 in Brooklyn, New York. She is the daughter of the late James and the late Josephine (Meaney) Long.  Beloved wife of the late Vincent G. Caruso. Loving mother of Karen Goggin (Robert), Mary Varrone (Charles), Eileen Caruso (Melissa Kramer), Dianne Russo (Jeffrey), Jacqueline Caruso, the late Vincent Caruso and the late Michael Caruso. Cherished grandmother of Michael, Kristen, Tara, Brianna, Danielle, Jack, Vincent and Kristen. Dear great grandmother of Charlotte, Brooke, Claire and Cole. Adored sister of Eileen Sullivan, the late Joan McGlone, the late Elizabeth McLaughlin, the late Dorothy Puleo and the late William Long.

Forever In Our Hearts

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May Mary's soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Reposing on Thursday, September 14 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM & 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Friday, September 15 at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, 1950 Batchelder Street, Brooklyn.

Burial to follow at Long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale.
