Frankie was a friend of my mother Sharon ever since I was a small child. She worked at the Canarsie Lounge. I have fond memories of Frank as a loving and giving person. I send my thoughts and prayers to his family. Say Hi to my mom, Frankie, I'm sure she'll be there to greet you!
