Obituary of James P. McEnaney

James P. McEnaney a resident of Breezy Point and formerly of Brooklyn passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at St. Francis Hospital at the age of 78. James was born on September 16, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late Peter and the late Rose (Brennan) McEnaney. James married the love of his life Patricia M. Tunney. James was a proud member of the Fire Department New York City where he retired with the rank of Lieutenant. He was also a proud member of the FDNY Emerald Society Pipes and Drum.

James is survived by his loving wife Patricia M. McEnaney; his beloved children Jennifer (Daniel) Baldwin, Suzanne (Derek) Andreone, Noreen McEnaney and Kristen (Jason) Maceda; his cherished grandchildren Sean, Brian, Kate, Ryan, Thomas, Bridget and Jason; and his dear sisters RoseMary Regan and Regina Cranston. James is predeceased by his siblings Margie Daly, Eileen Regan and Jack & Peter McEnaney.  

Visitation will be Wednesday May 1, 2019 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Thursday May 2, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 AM on Friday May 3, 2019 at St. Thomas More R.C. Church, 204-25 Rockaway Point Blvd., Rockaway Point, NY.  Interment to follow at St Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
