Joe was an amazing friend. I worked with him at the New York City Transit's Law Dept. He was just a great all around person/friend. He loved his family, but his grandchildren were the apple of his eyes. We spoke so often of his family. I felt I knew them personally. My heart goes out to you all. May God grant you the serenity to see you through during this difficult time. Thank you for service, your friendship but above all for being you.
